1. For our stores in all cities and the central warehouse in Nicosia:

• Cashiers
• Customer service department
• Client Advisors
• Warehouse Assistants in stores and in the Central Warehouse

2. Warehouse Assistants for our Stores and Central Warehouse

Main Duties

• Loading/Unloading of goods from the supplier’s vehicle using auxiliary machinery and equipment, in accordance with all the regulations and procedures of the store.
• Organizing and storing goods
• Transporting goods from the warehouse to the store and vice versa.
• Cleaning of the warehouse
• Moving empty boxes from the store
• Loading goods into customers vehicles
• Preparation of orders to be delivered to customers

Qualifications Required

• Use of forklifts, manual lifts and compressors
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 30 kg without assistance
• Integrity and responsibility

3. Customer Service Officers for all provinces

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Handling returns of goods, money and issuing invoices.

• Processing special orders.

• Telephone communication with customers.

• Excellent customer service and problem solving (complaints, returns, repairs).

• Satisfactory knowledge of products.

• Informing customers through in-store announcements.

• Product Repair Handling

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English

• Good Computer Knowledge

• Communication and customer service skills

• Character integrity

• Ability to work under pressure

• Organizational skills

• Enthusiasm for the job

• Pleasant personality

• Team spirit
